Job Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in construction projects.
• Construct building foundations, walls, floors, and other brick or block structures.
• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to determine specifications and calculate material requirements.
• Mix cement, sand, and other construction materials following precise specifications.
• Measure, cut, or shape bricks and blocks to fit spaces properly.
• Ensure all work performed adheres to quality standards and safety regulations.

Educational Requirement

• Basic education with a focus on construction or masonry preferred.

Experience Requirement

• At least 1 year of experience in masonry or general construction work.

Additional Requirement

• Knowledge of mixing and applying cement, plaster, and mortar.
• Ability to operate tools and machinery used in masonry work.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Understanding of construction safety practices.
