Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on the construction site, coordinating labor and resources.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met.
• Report project progress and challenges to the project manager.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.

Educational Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.

Experience Requirement

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in quantity surveying.

Additional Requirement

• Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., IQSK).
• Proficiency in cost management software.
