Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional service.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Manage company correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
Maintain office security by controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and organize meetings.
Perform administrative tasks, including updating records, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and communication within the company.
Educational Requirement
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
Experience Requirement
Proven work experience as a Front Office Personnel, Receptionist, or similar role.
Additional Requirement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and Swahili.
